
Get to know Nicole.
Nicole graduated from Shepherd University with my Bachelor of Social Work and WVU with my Master of Social Work. She has been practicing social work for over 14 years. Nicole has experience doing in-home therapy, working in group homes, community mental health and most recently school social work.
Nicole works with children and adults of all ages, and diagnoses such as: depression, anxiety, trauma and other life stressors. Nicole also has experience working with people with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities. When in session she utilizes CBT, DBT, play therapy and solution-focused therapy to provide a client-centered and collaborative, non-judgemental approach, and incorporate mindfulness to help support emotional regulation and stress management.
When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, hiking and enjoying nature.
