Megan is a therapist who believes that healing doesn't have to be boring! With over 9 years of experience helping people navigate the messy, beautiful, and sometimes chaotic parts of life, she specializes in substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, attachment, and behavioral health disorders like ADHD. Megan is trained in a variety of approaches including CBT, REBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, because she believes that not one size fits all.

Megan graduated from West Virginia University with her MSW in May of 2016, and became a LGSW shortly after. However, her education continues daily as she is constantly learning, growing, and finding new ways to help clients feel empowered, understood, and a little less alone.
Megan works hard to create a judgment-free zone where you can show up exactly as you are. She brings warmth, humor, and authenticity to every session. Whether you're untangling trauma or just trying to make sense of your Monday, she is here to walk with you through it.
When not in session, you’ll find Megan hanging out with her husband and two kids, devouring romantasy novels, binge-watching reality TV (yes, really), and unapologetically listening to Taylor Swift.
